By Super Intern Team
If you’re running a community or a brand online, you’ve felt the pain. The context switching is relentless. One moment you’re in Discord answering a FAQ, the next you’re on X (Twitter) trying to craft a post, and then you’re in Telegram dealing with a support question. Your attention is fragmented, and so is your workflow.
What if your digital workspace felt more like a well-organized workshop, with a dedicated tool for every task, laid out neatly in front of you? This is the core idea behind Super Intern, our AI assistant for growth teams. We’ve boiled down its power into three deceptively simple actions: Invite, Drag, and @.
Let’s break down how these actions create a highly customizable environment for your team AI and group AI needs, turning chaotic channels into streamlined workflow machines.
- Invite: Onboarding Your New AI Teammate
The “Invite” action is exactly what it sounds like: you invite the Super Intern bot to your Discord server or Telegram group.
We’ve designed it to be flexible, offering two intuitive paths that converge at the same powerful endpoint: the Admin Panel.
Path One: From Product to Panel.
You can start directly from our website by clicking the “Invite to Discord” button. This triggers the familiar OAuth flow, redirecting you to Discord’s authorization page. With a single click to confirm, you add the Super Intern to your server.
At this moment, your new Intern is active but operates in a default, “unclaimed” state. To unlock its advanced capabilities and truly make it your own, the next step is to claim it. You’ll navigate to our Admin Panel, register an account, and seamlessly bind this specific instance of the Intern to your profile. From that point on, you have full administrative control.
Path Two: From Panel to Product.
Alternatively, you can begin by registering and logging into the Admin Panel first.
Once inside, you select the target server or group directly from the dashboard and initiate the invite from there. This path is more centralized; the Intern is invited and bound to your account in one fell swoop, immediately ready for advanced configuration.

Both paths are valid. Ultimately, they both grant you the same powerful control center to customize your team AI and orchestrate your workflow.
After you complete the Invite, your Super Intern is already active and ready to assist. To ensure it’s useful right out of the box, we’ve equipped it with a set of intelligent preset mode capabilities. It can already read images and links, set reminders for the team, answer questions based on your knowledge base, and summarize group conversations.

- Drag: Assembling Your Custom Toolbox
However, the true power of customization begins when you decide to specialize its role. For that, we move to the next step: visiting the Mode Marketplace to tailor your intern for your team’s unique workflows.
Instead of one monolithic, confusing bot with a hundred commands, Super Intern operates based on Modes.
A Mode is a pre-configured, task-specific AI agent. There’re “Community Support” modes for handling FAQs and spam.
There’re “AI creator” modes for creating pictures, videos and html pages.
Now, the “Drag” action comes into play. You simply drag the Mode you want from the marketplace into your server or group. But here’s the critical part, and it’s where the design diverges beautifully between Discord and Telegram to match their native architectures.
In Discord: One Mode, One Channel. Clarity Reigns.
Discord is built around channels. We lean into this strength. The best practice is to create a new text channel for each Mode you drag in. Why? Because it creates a perfect, isolated workflow environment.
This is the ultimate in organization. Your team knows exactly where to go for a specific task. The AI’s context isn’t polluted by unrelated chatter. One channel equals one workspace. It’s a principle that scales beautifully.

In Telegram: The Conversational Wildcard.
Telegram groups are singular, flowing conversation streams. You can’t separate Modes into different channels. So, we do something different, and in many ways, more clever: you drag all your desired Modes into the same group.
Super Intern becomes a wildcard. When you need it, it intelligently routes your query to the most appropriate Mode.

The “Drag” action is the heart of customizeation. You are literally building your own bespoke AI team by dragging and dropping capabilities.
- Tag @ SuperInternBot: Start the conversation
Your Super Intern is invited. Your Modes are dragged in and neatly organized (in Discord) or assembled as a powerful collective (in Telegram). Now, how do you actually use it?
You @ it.
The @is the "run" command. It's the signal that tells your customized AI intern to wake up and get to work. It leverages the specific Mode of the channel you're in (Discord) or intelligently selects the right one (Telegram) to execute a stable, predictable workflow.
The Super Intern Workflow: An Analogy
Invite = You get a blank, high-spec computer for your new employee.
Drag = You install specialized software on it: Photoshop for design, Excel for data, Word for writing.
@ = You sit down at the computer and open the specific program you need to get the job done.
This trifecta of actions — Invite, Drag, @ — provides a mental model that is simple to grasp but enables incredibly powerful and complex customizeation. It transforms an AI assistant from a novelty into fundamental infrastructure for your growth team.
